ELP advises HNIs on acquisition of minority stake in Athena Behavioral Health Services

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) has advised a consortium of HNIs led by Mr. Darius D. Pandole in acquiring a minority stake in Athena Behavioral Health Services Private Limited.
