Economic Laws Practice has advised SIS Limited on the buyback of 37,12,871 equity shares at a price of ₹404 per equity share, amounting to a total of ₹150 crores.

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), with assistance from Ridhi Jain (Senior Associate) and Devika Radha (Associate).
