

Waterfield Technologies (a US headquartered entity), a contact center solutions firm, recently acquired Speech-Soft Solutions LLC, to further expand its global delivery capabilities.
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Waterfield Technologies on the India leg of the transaction, which comprised a sale of shares of the Indian subsidiary of Speech Soft Solutions LLC to WTI Innovation LLC.
ELP’s corporate team was led by Yashojit Mitra (Partner -Corporate Commercial) and Devyani Singh (Director -Corporate Commercial) and the tax team was led by Mitesh Jain (Partner -Direct Tax) and Vivek Baj (Partner - Indirect Tax).
