End to End Advisors LLP advised the existing shareholders and management of Yuva Bio Energy Private Limited in relation to investments by strategic investors.

The Firm advised on the transaction structure, conducting legal negotiations, drafting and finalisation of the transaction documents. The transaction involved multiple stakeholders and required navigating structuring, legal and commercial considerations.
