

Bengaluru-based lending startup Mannjal has raised ₹17.5 crore ($2.1 million) in a seed funding round led by Arali Ventures and B Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital and Gemba Capital.
Goyel & Goyal’s New Delhi team advised Mannjal and its founders on all aspects of the transaction.
The team was led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), with assistance from Associates Shivantika Srivastava and Aparna Mukherjee.
The Firm’s Bengaluru team also advised existing investor Sparrow Capital.
The team was led by Deepika Yadav (Partner), with assistance from Aditya Prasad (Senior Associate).
Founded in 2023 by Prashant Adurty, Aman Bhargava, and Harshit Lingamneni, Mannjal provides a full-stack lending platform that helps financial institutions distribute priority-sector and impact-linked credit products at scale.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its lender network and accelerate product development.
