Goyel & Goyal act on Krieya fundraise from Riverwalk and others

Krieya Beauty & Wellness has raised approximately ₹7 crore in its first funding round, led by Sauce with participation from Riverwalk Holdings and Dr. Aneesh Sheth, founder of Dr. Sheth’s. 

Goyel & Goyal advised Riverwalk Holdings on all aspects of this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), with assistance from Rishi Shah (Senior Associate).

Krieya, which focuses on creating research-driven, customized beauty solutions for Indian consumers, plans to introduce a specialized haircare brand developed through proprietary research involving over 500 consumers.

The fundraise comes ahead of the company’s debut brand launch, slated for Q3 FY26.
