BW Hotels India has partnered with Hotel Swarn Towers, one of Bareilly's leading hotels for the last 30 years, for the setup and launch of Best Western Swarn Towers Bareilly, which is the brand's 10^th hotel in Uttar Pradesh.

Goyel & Goyal advised Hotel Swarn Towers on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Puja Saha (Counsel), with strategic inputs from Akshit Goyal (Partner).

The upcoming property will feature 50 premium rooms, a restaurant, bar, and versatile banqueting and meeting spaces, making it a hub for hospitality, business, and community engagement. The hotel is slated for launch in 2026, promising a unique blend of local legacy and international luxury in the heart of the city of Bareilly.
