Chennai-based TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd has formed a Joint Venture with US-based Myers Tire Supply International to focus on solutions for tyre repair..HSB Partners advised TVS ASL with a team led by Partner T K Bhaskar along with Principal Associate Varun Sriram..Myers Tire was advised by its in-house counsels and Singhania & Partners, Bangalore. The Singhania team was led by Senior Partner Shilpa Shah..The TVS Company will hold a 65 per cent stake while remaining 35% would be held by Myers, reports ET..The tie-up would help TVS Automobile Solutions to bring in the global best practices in the aftermarket tyre service business through its service equipment and consumables and it would become the only organized player to have a presence in all segments of aftermarket service industry, reports Dealcurry.
