IC RegFin Legal, Aequitas Law act on Hocco ₹115 crore Series B fundraise

Hocco Foods Private Limited has raised ₹115 crore from a Series B fundraise led by Sauce VC, with participation from existing investors.

IC RegFin Legal represented Hocco and its Founders on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Ankit Bhasin (Partner), with support from Saransh Agarwal (Senior Associate) and Jesika Somani (Associate).

Aequitas Law Partners advised lead investor Sauce VC on the fundraise.
