IndusLaw, Touchstone, Desai Diwanji, Quillon lead on Jubilant Foodworks 92 crore investment in Barbeque Nation

Jubilant Foodworks Limited along with Xponentia and CX Partners and certain other investors invested in the pre-IPO fundraising of Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited and acquired around 17% of equity stake out of which Jubilant has acquired a 10.76 % equity stake.
