JSA acts on Davaindia ₹350 crore QIP

Zota Health Care Limited has raised approximately ₹350 crore from a Qualified Institutions Placement.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Zota on this QIP.

The transaction team was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), with support from Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Kairav Parikh (Principal Associate), Vatsla Varandani (Senior Associate), Associates Sourav Jena and Ishika Jain.

Zota is the leading player in the generic pharmacy space, with its brand of Davaindia stores across India.
