JSA, CMS INDUSLAW act on Davaindia ₹350 crore QIP

Zota Health Care Limited has raised approximately ₹350 crore from a Qualified Institutions Placement.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Zota on this QIP.

The transaction team was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), with support from Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Kairav Parikh (Principal Associate), Vatsla Varandani (Senior Associate), Associates Sourav Jena and Ishika Jain.

CMS INDUSLAW advised the book running lead manager ICICI Securities Limited on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Kaushik Mukherjee (Partner), Kanika Sachdeva (Partner), and Associates Yash Chhikara, Biprojeet Talapatra, Madhuri Pilania, Khyaati Rajpoot, and Aroosh Tarwani.
