JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising J.P. Morgan, in its capacity as the manager to the open offer, in the open offer made by Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C.) to the public shareholders of RBL Bank Limited.

The transaction was led by Anand Lakra (Partner) with support from Ami Shah (Principal Associate), and Associates Janhavi Jagtap and Viraja Shah.

The underlying transaction involves a preferential issue by the Bank for an amount not exceeding ~USD 3 billion with an open offer size of ~USD 1.3 billion.
