JSA acts on Weaver acquiring majority stake in Centrum Housing Finance

Weaver Services Private Limited has acquired a majority stake in Centrum Housing Finance Limited from Centrum Capital Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Centrum Housing Finance and Centrum Capital on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Sidharrth Shankar (Partner) with support from Nandini Seth (Partner), Aditya Vardhan Dayal (Principal Associate), Eksha Narayan (Senior Associate), Rupaly Middha (Senior Associate), Pranav Rao N (Senior Associate), and Aditya Sinha (Associate).

Financing related inputs were provided by Partners Utsav Johri and Megha Upadhyay.
