JSA advises Garware Technical Fibres on acquisition of Norwegian entities

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited in its strategic acquisition of 100% equity in Offshore & Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS, both incorporated under the laws of Norway, through its wholly owned UK subsidiary – Garware Technical Fibres UK Private Limited.

The transaction was managed by Rinku Ambekar (Partner), with support from Reshma Oak (Principal Associate) and Priyanka Ghag (Associate).
