JSA advises Nisus Finance Services on majority stake acquisition in NCCCL

Nisus Finance Services Company Limited has acquired a majority stake in New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL) through its subsidiary, Nisus Finance Projects LLP.

The transaction was executed as an all-cash, management-led buyout. As part of the transaction, NCCCL’s Managing Director & CEO, Mahesh Mudda, has been appointed as promoter, with the existing leadership team continuing in place.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Nisus Finance Services on this transaction. The Firm provided comprehensive legal support, including conducting due diligence on NCCCL, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing transaction documents, and assisting with closing actions.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Tanmayee Sahoo (Senior Associate) and Associates Vidushi Jain, Gavin Pereira, Prakhar Jain, and Ayush Chaturvedi.

Nisus Finance Services, promoted by Amit Goenka and Mridula Goenka, focuses on urban infrastructure financing and capital markets across multiple entities, including Nisus Finance Projects LLP.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Nisus Finance’s infrastructure financing platform, enhances its execution capabilities through NCCCL’s legacy strength in the construction sector, and positions it to capture infrastructure-led growth opportunities.
