JSA advises Smart Vision Eye Hospitals on Corporate Restructuring

JSA Advocates & Solocitiors has advised Smart Vision Eye Specialities Private Limited on a comprehensive corporate restructuring, followed by the acquisition of a majority stake by Jasvik Capital Fund.

The Firm advised advised Smart Vision Eye Specialities, its subsidiaries and their promoter on this restructuring and stake acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Tanmayee Sahoo (Senior Associate), Ayush Chaturvedi (Associate), and Prakhar Jain (Junior Associate).
