Sagar Associates (JSA) advised the Goldman Sachs-managed Whitehall fund in the sale of its 73% stake in City View Bangalore Properties, which is developing a “Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences” project at Bangalore..The deal is valued at Rs.630 crore. To help finance the deal, Blackstone Group will invest Rs.200 crore to acquire a 50% stake in the project.
