JSA assists Alten Group in acquisition of Accord Global Technology Solutions

Alten Group has acquired Accord Global Technology Solutions Private Limited. The transaction provided a complete exit to the founders of Accord Global.

JSA advised Alten Group in this acquisition deal. The firm's engagement involved the structuring of the transaction, due diligence of the target, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and other related aspects.

The transaction team consisted of Archana Tewary (Partner), Savio Tom (Senior Associate), Soham Roy (Senior Associate), Sneha Mohanty (Associate) and Megha Kumari (Company Secretary ).

Accord Global Technology Solutions was part of the Accord Group with a focus on aerospace, automotive and digital technology products.
