JSA, AZB, CAM act on Advent International acquisition of stake in DFM Foods

Advent International is buying a majority stake in DFM Foods Ltd from its promoters and existing investors, including WestBridge Crossover Fund for an estimated Rs. 940 crore ($130 million).
