JSA, ELP act on TravelPlus ₹250 crore+ IPO filing

Travelstack Tech Limited, the operator of TravelPlus, has proposed an Initial Public Offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹250 crore and an offer for sale of up to 26,852,969 equity shares by various selling shareholders. 

JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising Travelstack and its founder promoters on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Madhurima Mukherjee Saha (Partner), with support from Anuj Pethia (Partner), Ambuj Gupta (Senior Associate), Associates Rachit Munjal, Priyanshi Bajaj, Ayushi Inani and Simran Sharma; and Mahaveer Singh (Company Secretary).

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is advising the book running lead managers, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, on this IPO.
