JSA, SKS, Trilegal, ELP act on TravelPlus ₹250 crore+ IPO filing

Travelstack Tech Limited, the operator of TravelPlus, has proposed an Initial Public Offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹250 crore and an offer for sale of up to 26,852,969 equity shares by various selling shareholders. 

JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising Travelstack and its founder promoters on this IPO.

Trilegal is advising Global Private Opportunities Partners II LP and Global Private Opportunities Partners II Offshore Holdings LP, institutional selling shareholders and affiliate entities of Goldman Sachs, on this IPO.
