Kanga & Co assists Om Power Transmission on IPO

Om Power Transmission Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of up to 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Kanga & Co is advising the issuer Om Power Transmission and the Book Running Lead Manager, Beeline Capital Advisors Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner) with support from Associates Siddharth Jani, Divyansh Minocha and Harshit Babbar.

Om Power Transmission is a power transmission infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) company with over 14 years of experience.
