Khaitan, Bird & Bird act on Zydus Wellness' £239 million acquisition of Comfort Click UK

Zydus Wellness Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Alidac UK Limited, has executed a share purchase agreement with the Sellers for acquisition of Comfort Click Limited (UK) for a total consideration of £239 million.

Alidac UK has purchased 100% outstanding ordinary shares of Class A and Class B, 71.43% of non-controlling ordinary shares of Class C and 66.67% of non-controlling ordinary shares of Class D of Comfort Click.

Khaitan & Co has advised Zydus Wellness on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Bhavik Narsana (Partner), Shweta Dwivedi (Consultant), Pragya Mishra (Associate) and Kamayani Mittal (Associate), with support from the following: 

Competition related: Anshuman Sakle (Partner) and Ritika Ghosh (Associate).

Legal Due Diligence: Narsana (Partner), Shweta Dwivedi (Consultant), Snehal Raut (Senior Associate) and Pragya Mishra (Associate).
