Khaitan, CAM act on collaboration between DMIHER and Adani Foundation

Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research has entered into a collaboration with Adani Foundation to develop a global Centre of Excellence (CoE) in affordable healthcare education and delivery mechanism.

Khaitan & Co advised DMIHER on this collaboration. The Firm provided advice in relation to structuring and documenting the collaboration.
