Khaitan & Co acts on demerger of India Glycols businesses

India Glycols Limited is executing a demerger of its bio pharma undertaking and spirits & biofuel undertaking into two separate listed companies, namely, Ennature Bio Pharma Limited and IGL Spirits Limited. 

Khaitan & Co is advising India Glycols on this demerger.

The transaction team consisted of Atul Pandey (Partner), Hirak Mukhopadhyay (Partner) and Varun Yadav (Principal Associate).
