Khaitan & Co acts on Quadria Capital Advisors investment in Maxivision Eye Hospitals

Quadria Capital Advisors Private Limited have invested up to ₹1,300 crores into the share capital of Maxivision Eye Hospitals Private Limited through primary investment and secondary acquisition, in two tranches.

Khaitan & Co Delhi office advised Quadria Capital Advisors in this investment deal.

Khaitan & Co Chennai office advised Maxivision Eye Hospitals Private Limited and its controlling shareholders in this deal. The Firm advised the Company and Sellers on the transaction, negotiated and finalized transaction documents, provided closing assistance.

Founded in 1996, Maxivision operates 42 centres in five states across South and West India, with a leadership position in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The company offers a full suite of eye care services, including cataract surgery, LASIK and ReLEx Smile treatments, treatments for retinal issues and glaucoma, oculoplasty, as well as neonatal and paediatric eye care.
