Khaitan & Co acts on Sanlam Group $4.4 billion preferential issue

Sanlam Group, the promoter of Shriram Finance Limited, has made a preferential issuance of $4.4 Billion to MUFG.

Khaitan & Co advised the Sanlam Group on this preferential issue.
