Khaitan & Co advises brokers on ₹2,800 crore block trade of Sai Life Sciences

Khaitan & Co advised the Brokers on the secondary sale of equity shares held by TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd, affiliate of the TPG Group, in Sai Life Sciences Limited, on the floor of the stock exchange by way of a block sale, for a total consideration of ₹2,800 crore.

The Firm advised Jefferies India Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Kotak Securities Limited on this transaction.
