Khaitan, JSA act on Wonder Home Finance securing ₹500 crore from Growtheum Capital Partners

Wonder Home Finance Limited has secured an investment of ₹500 crore from Growtheum Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private equity firm.

Khaitan & Co advised Wonder Home Finance on this transaction. The Firm drafted, negotiated and finalised the transaction documents, including the share subscription agreement and the shareholders' agreement. The Firm also advised on other regulatory aspects of the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Kartick Maheshwari (Partner), Vidushi Gupta (Partner), Shriya Kamat (Senior Associate), Utsav Mitra (Senior Associate) and Aanya Desai (Associate)

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Growtheum Capital Partners on this investment.
