Khaitan & Co, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells act on Milestone Gears ₹1,100 crore proposed IPO

Milestone Gears limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,100 crore, comprising a fresh issue and offer for sale by promoter selling shareholders.

Khaitan & Co is advising Milestone Gears on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Gautham Srinivas (Partner) and Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), with support from Sanjeev Chowdhary (Principal Associate), and Associates Mainak Pani, Vidushi Tanya, Aditi Dubey, Harshitha Kiran, Anushaka Sharma.

Trilegal is advising the book running lead managers JM Financial, Axis Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, on this IPO.
