Khaitan, JSA, Hogan Lovells, VERTICES act on Glass Wall Systems IPO

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of up to 40,234,552 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Khaitan & Co advised Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Principal Associate), Vanshika Chaudhry (Senior Associate), Associates Anubhav Jaiswal, Dharini Shanker and Nandini Didwania.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, book running lead managers to the IPO.

The transaction is being led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), with support from Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Anshu Bansal (Partner), Kairav Parikh (Principal Associate) and Associates Vatsla Varandani, Palak Karundia, Aditi Khandal, Vaishnavi Kokkonda, Bhuvnesh Kumar, Sharad Panwar and Sourav Jena.

Hogan Lovells acted as the international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

The transaction team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee (Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner), with support from Kaustubh George (Counsel) and Komal Israni (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS advised the Promoter and Promoter Group of Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.
