Khaitan, JSA act on Glass Wall Systems IPO

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of up to 40,234,552 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Khaitan & Co is advising Glass Wall Systems on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sathvik Ponnappa (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Principal Associate), Vanshika Chaudhry (Senior Associate), Associates Anubhav Jaiswal, Dharini Shanker and Nandini Didwania.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors is advising IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, book running lead managers to the IPO.
