Leading Indian medical device manufacturer Innvolution Healthcare Private Limited (IHPL) and IITPL - Innovation Imaging Technologies (IITPL) have raised funds through a global healthcare investment fund, OrbiMed to accelerate growth.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised and acted for IHPL and IITPL.
