Kochhar advise IOC Ruchi Soya JV to build 50000 Hectare oil extraction unit

Kochhar’s Delhi office have advised the joint venture (JV) between Ruchi Soya and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) to build an oil extraction unit to convert jatropha seeds into bio-diesel. IOC has been a long-standing client of Kochhar. Senior Partner Manishi Pathak, and Partner Vijay Ravi along with Senior Associate Gagan Verma led the Kochhar team.
