Luthra & Luthra, Perkins advise GoI on first Central PSU exchange traded fund

Luthra & Luthra and Perkins Coie acted as legal counsels for the Government of India for the launching of the first Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE). This ETF will provide investors an opportunity to take exposure into the 10 major listed public sector companies.
