NovoJuris Legal acts on Billion Hearts' $4 million fundraise

NovoJuris Legal advised Billion Hearts Software Technologies, a consumer tech startup, on raising $ 4 million from Blume Ventures, General Catalyst and Athera Fund in a seed fundraise.

Sharda Balaji, the founder of the firm, acted as the relationship partner and Ashwin Bhat (Deputy Managing Partner) acted as the lead engagement partner on the Transaction along with Richa Agrawal (Senior Associate).

Billion Hearts Software Technologies, founded by Mayank Bidawatka, co-founder of the Indian microblogging platform Koo, is a consumer technology startup focused on developing innovative digital products.
