NovoJuris Legal advises CIEL on acquisition of Vibrant Screen

NovoJuris Legal acted on CIEL's acquisition of Bengaluru-based Vibrant Screen on a 100% cash transaction.

The firm advised CIEL on structuring the acquisition of Vibrant Screen through the cash deal with the founders. The firm also conducted due diligence of several areas of law and compliances, addressed compliance requirements, and managed the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.

The transaction team was headed by Ashwin Bhat (Deputy Managing Partner), and included Amol Chitnis (Junior Partner), Manasa Prasanna (Head of Compliance), Richa Agrawal (Senior Associate), Vanshika Kundra (Associate) and Vishwas Chitwar (Associate).

In the past, the Firm has advised CIEL on the acquisition of Courseplay and Jombay.
