Pioneer Legal acts on acquisition of ETML by McKinsey Group

Pioneer Legal has advised ETML (ET Medialabs Private Limited) on its acquisition by the McKinsey Group.

The Firm advised ETML and its Founder and selling shareholder Raghav Kansal on this acquisition deal.

The core transaction advisory team comprised of Pritha Jha (Partner) and Andre Jaggi (Associate).
