Rajani Associates acts on Justo IPO

Justo Realfintech Limited has raised ₹63 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares.

Rajani Associates acted as Legal Counsel to the issuer Justo and the BRLM, Vivro Financial Services Private Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Sangeeta Lakhi (Senior Partner) and Shriya Nandedkar (Associate).
