Rajani Associates advises Aegis Investment Fund on acquisition of NCCCL shares

Rajani Associates has advised Mauritius-based investor, Aegis Investment Fund, PCC, in relation to the acquisition of shares of New Consolidated Construction Company Limited.

The transaction team consisted of Prem Rajani (Managing Partner) and Amish Shroff (Partner).

New Consolidated Construction Company is engaged in the business of planning, development, management, and execution of civil construction projects in India, including infrastructure projects jointly with third parties.
