Rajani Associates assists Ashdan Properties in acquisition of Indo Global Soft Solutions under CIRP

Ashdan Properties Private Limited, the Successful Resolution Applicant, has acquired Indo Global Soft Solutions and Technologies Private Limited (Corporate Debtor) under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor.

Rajani Associates advised Ashdan Properties on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Ashish Parwani (Senior Partner), Dikshat Mehra (Associate Partner), Gitika Makhija (Senior Associate) and Honey Chandnani (Associate).

Indo Global Soft Solutions is the owner of a fully constructed Information Technology Park known as "Radius Tech Park" at Hinjewadi, Pune, having a leasable area of approximately 3.39 lakh sq. ft.
