SAM, Phoenix Legal act on Seekho $28 million fundraise

Keyaro Edutech Private Limited (Seekho) has raised $28 million from a Series B fundraise led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Goodwater Capital, with participation from existing investors, Lightspeed India Partners and Elevation Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Seekho on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Manish Gupta (Partner), with support from Rashi Singh (Principal Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).

Phoenix Legal advised existing investors Lightspeed India Partners and Elevation Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Sumit Sinha (Partner) and Ashima Dewan (Partner), with support from Sukanya Bhattacharya (Associate Partner), and Associates Srishti Sharma and Mokshiv Malla.
