SAM, Sidley Austin, Trilegal act on Brookfield India REIT ₹3,500 crore QIP

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has raised ₹3,500 crore from a qualified institution placement of 109,375,000 units.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Brookfield on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Nikhil Naredi (Partner), Rohit Tiwari (Partner), Harini Jambunathan (Senior Associate), Associates K Mathangi and Abhit Tanay.

Sidley Austin served as the international legal counsel to Brookfield on this QIP.

The transaction team was led by Manoj Bhargava (Partner) and Shashwat Tewary (Partner), and consisted of Justin Lashley (Senior Managing Associate), Dhanush Dinesh (Associate), and Sanketh Hareesh Kumar (Associats), with support from Partners Dan O’ Shea, Carla G. Teodoro, Nicholas R. Brown, and Tyler Combest.

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Elara Capital (India), Jefferies India, JM Financial, and 360 ONE WAM on this QIP.
