Sidebar advises EasyLane on pre-seed fundraise

Easy Cargo Solutions Private Limited, dba EasyLane, has raised ₹2.7 crore from a pre-seed fundraise led by Turbostart Accelerator III LLP.

Sidebar advised EasyLane on this fundraise. The transaction involved the issuance of equity instruments and the creation of an institutional-grade governance framework, enabling early-stage capital infusion.

The transaction was led by Shivendra Singh (Partner), with support from Associates Swati Sharma, Tanay Sharma and Teesha.

Founding Partner Purusharth Singh provided strategic guidance.
