SKS Advisor acts on Aivar pre-Series A fundraise

Aivar has raised $4.6 million from a pre-Series A fundraise led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners.

SKS Advisor advised Aivar on this fundraise. The Firm advised on transaction structuring, due diligence support, negotiation of definitive agreements, and corporate secretarial matters, and also facilitated the successful and seamless closing of the round.

The transaction was executed by Amanpreet Kaur (Lead, Delhi NCR), Associates Rahel Roy, Nisha Pasari and Prachi Gupta, under the guidance of Kishan Bharadwaj (Partner) and Sandeep Kumar Singh (Managing Partner).

Founded in 2024 by former AWS executives, Aivar specializes in helping businesses build, deploy, and manage advanced AI, GenAI, data analytics, and cloud solutions. It operates as an end-to-end firm, covering strategy, custom development, and ongoing operations, aiming to reduce deployment times with proprietary tools.
