SKS Advisor assists Oolka on seed fundraise

Fintech startup Oolka has raised $7 million from a seed fundraise co- led by Lightspeed India Partners and Z47 along with participation from 8i Ventures and other angel investors.

SKS Advisor advised Oolka on this fundraise. The Firm provided assistance in structuring, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents, regulatory compliance oversight, and strategic guidance on execution.

The transaction was led by Neha Bhutoria (Partner) and Sandeep Kumar Singh (Managing Partner).

Launched in 2024 by Utkrishta Kumar, Oolka provides an AI-powered credit management platform designed to help individuals track, improve, and manage their credit health.
