

FEF Global Private Limited has invested ₹40 crore across a portfolio of seven fashion-technology companies anchored around the reality web-series “Pitch to Get Rich”.
SPN Advisors advised FEF Global on these investments. The Firm led transaction execution, diligence and structuring, drafting, and finalizing the Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders’ Agreements, and closing mechanics structured to the programme’s scale-up objectives. SPN also negotiated key commercial terms to secure strong investor protection, clear exit pathways and fit-for-purpose governance frameworks, while supporting mentorship-driven growth within the “Pitch to Get Rich” ecosystem, including share-swap arrangement.

The Firm was involved in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents.
