SUGAR Cosmetics and Myntra launch Molten Beauty: VERTICES PARTNERS, Khaitan advise

SUGAR Cosmetics [Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited] has partnered with Myntra, the fashion ecommerce retailer, in a joint venture to introduce Molten Beauty, a new skincare and makeup brand aimed at young Indian consumers.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented SUGAR Cosmetics on this JV.

The transaction team was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner), with support from Vikrant Anand (Parnter), Varun Kaka (Principal Associate), Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate), and Associates Srishti Singh and Jigar Mehta.

Khaitan & Co represented Myntra on this JV.
