TLH Advocates advises Cloud4C shareholders on acquisition by Capgemini

TLH, Advocates & Solicitors has acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of Cloud4C in connection with its proposed acquisition by Capgemini.

The Firm advised on key aspects of the transaction, including on transaction documents, transition & long-term support agreements, antitrust and regulatory approvals, and provided due diligence support.
