Trilegal acts on Laser Power & Infra $1,200 crore IPO

Laser Power & Infra Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,200 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹800 crore and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders aggregating up to ₹400 crore.

Trilegal is advising the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholders on Indian law aspects of the transaction, supporting the successful execution of the offering.

The transaction team is led by Abhinav Maker (Partner), with support from Ajo Jomy (Counsel) and Associates: Maniya Goyal, Debarpita Pande, Kalyan Reddy, and Varda Saxena.

Laser Power is an integrated manufacturer of power cables, conductors and other specialised products and components, supplying to the power transmission and distribution industry in India.
