Trilegal advises Jefferies on ₹11,200 crore block trade of Bharti Airtel

Trilegal has advised Jefferies, the Placement Agent, in connection with the block trade of equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited by Indian Continent Investment Limited.

The transaction raised approximately ₹11,200 crore ($1.34 billion) through the sale of equity shares.

The Trilegal Capital Markets team advising on the mandate was led by Albin Thomas (Partner), with support from Sowmya Khandelwal (Senior Associate).
