Trilegal advises Pluxee Group on acquisition of ProEves

Trilegal has advised the Pluxee Group on the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Proeves Services Private Limited.

The Firm advised Pluxee on conducting due diligence and the execution of transaction documents for the acquisition.
